Antibody can also be used to label acetone-fixed cryostat sections or cells. FC: Use in the presence of Ca ++. PBS/2-5mM EDTA is recommended for cell detachment. WB: Non-reducing conditions may be needed, 2-5 mM Ca++ required in buffer. |

Antibody binding requires Ca++. |
