The antibody reacts with epithelium of the lung and the colon, pancreatic acini and ducts, biliary epithelium in the liver and ductal epithelium of the prostate. The majority of tumor cells in gastrointestinal carcinomas, including adenocarcinomas of the stomach, intestine, and pancreas, have been shown to be strongly positive as well. |
